The shower floor had some hair according to my husband and I saw some dirt all over the corners of it and the water pressure was too hard on us. The shower head looks like 10 yrs old and it needs to be replaced it clearly has not been cleaned it had spots and it looked really scummy with molds same goes with the knob to turn it on and off its very weird. As we walked through the entire room we started seeing issues one after the other and it kept going even right before we went to bed. The picture frames were a nice touch to the "looks" of the room although I do not really care for that. We got up to our room and I was really surprised how spacious it was and it looked clean to me the second I opened the door. We just kinda had to figure it out ourselves. Did not even show us where the elevators were or direct us to what floor we will be on. She gave us a quick run through with the hours of the amenities. Not sure if she just does not like her job or she was just having a really bad day but she was definitely not friendly at all. I looked at her name tag and her name was Savanna. She even accused us for staying more than 1 night when we were only here for 1 and did not even looked at our confirmation letter to verify. We have been standing there waiting for almost 10 mins after she assisted the guest before us and did not even apologize for the wait. Front desk in the PM shift was not friendly & would not even make eye contact or start off with a welcoming demeanor or greet us. I have a lot of issues with the room that we got and this was a king size bed room for $140 including taxes on the 2nd floor. I would rate it zero if I could but the bed was comfortable so I would rate it at least 1 star & the room was spacious enough to move around except for the bathroom.
